Wear-Resistant Series
Wear-modified PEEK incorporates PTFE, graphite, and other solid lubricants to significantly reduce the friction coefficient and enhance wear resistance. Ideal for low-friction, long-life sliding applications such as seals, bearings, and guide rails.
Toughened Series
Toughened PEEK uses elastomer blending technology to dramatically improve impact toughness and fatigue resistance while maintaining PEEK's inherent high-temperature and chemical resistance. Suited for critical components subjected to impact loads and dynamic stress.
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Series
Carbon fiber reinforced PEEK with 30% carbon fiber content delivers exceptional tensile strength and stiffness, along with electrical conductivity and outstanding high-temperature performance. Widely used in semiconductor, aerospace, and other fields requiring extreme strength and lightweight properties.
Glass Fiber Reinforced Series
